易莫兰迪设计：在人口稠密的城市环境中，该项目展示了一个被重新野化的自然区域，通过创新的雨水管理方式使以前的混凝土设施焕发生机。设计引入了一个线性活动区，延伸至四个住宅街区，旨在促进多样化的社交互动。它强调了景观设计在丰富城市生活的社会和生态方面的至关重要的作用。
EMLD DESIGN: Healing in hospitals extends beyond consulting rooms and wards; landscape also serves as a gentle healing force. The landscape of Ningbo Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital acts as the "second prescription", integrating the philosophy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the logic of "diagnosis-prescription-verification" to create immersive healing spaces that nurture physical and mental wellbeing and connect the community.
目标与挑战
项目背景:原本的场地合肥骆岗公园改造前是骆岗国际机场，1977 年启用、2013 年停用：其前身为 60 年代省航校（1200 米简易跑道），扩建后跑道达 3000 米，最终占地 12.7 平方公里，2012 年旅客量超 500 万。但随着合肥扩容，机场割裂城市空间、周边环境杂乱，航班噪音还致周边住宅限高 24 米；2013 年停用后规划曾有争议，2017 年定改为城市公园并承接园博会。
Ultra-Simplified English Version:Hefei Luogang Park repurposes the former Luogang International Airport (1977-2013). Originating as a 1960s provincial aviation school (1,200m runway), the airport expanded to 3,000m runway/12.7sqkm, serving 5M+ passengers in 2012. As Hefei grew, it split the city, caused messy surroundings, and noise limited nearby homes to 24m tall. After 2013 closure, planning debates ended in 2017: it’s now an urban park hosting the Horticultural Expo.

一、生态为本的绿色引擎
系统性修复： “我们构建了完整的 ‘海绵城市’体系 ，锦绣湖不仅是景观湖，更是城市雨水收集、净化、调蓄的核心枢纽。通过地形塑造、本土植物群落营造，实现了从‘城市疤痕’到 ‘城市绿肺’ 的根本性转变。”
生物多样性： “设计预留了荒野区域和生境岛屿，吸引本土鸟类与昆虫，使公园成为一个有生命的、动态成长的生态系统。”
Systematic Restoration: "We have built a complete 'sponge city' system. Jinxiu Lake is not only a scenic lake but also a core hub for urban rainwater collection, purification, and regulation. Through terrain modeling and the creation of native plant communities, a fundamental transformation from 'urban scar' to 'urban green lung' has been achieved."
Biodiversity: "The design has reserved wilderness areas and habitat islands to attract native birds and insects, making the park a living, dynamically growing ecosystem."
设计采用 “乔木 + 灌木 + 原生地被” 的混植模式，没有规整的绿化色块，而是让秋色叶树（橙红、金黄叶）、常绿树与草本植物自然交织，既模拟原生生态的野性层次，又通过季相植物的搭配，让画面随季节呈现丰富的色彩变化，避免了人工绿化的刻板感。
The design adopts a mixed planting model of "deciduous trees + shrubs + native ground cover," avoiding rigid green blocks. Instead, it allows autumn-colored trees (with orange-red and golden leaves), evergreen trees, and herbaceous plants to naturally intertwine. This approach not only mimics the wild layers of native ecosystems but also creates dynamic seasonal color shifts through the combination of seasonal plants, eliminating the monotony of artificial landscaping.

以 “人境共生” 为核心导向，构建了多层级植被与水系交织的生态基底，让市民在游赏中获得沉浸式的绿意感知；线性慢行系统依循场地肌理自然延展，既串联起全域空间，又赋予游赏过程舒适的松弛感；公共活动节点巧妙嵌入自然环境，既保留了场所的生态野趣，又强化了市民的空间归属感，最终实现了生态功能与公共体验的有机统一，是兼具品质与温度的城市绿色开放空间。
Guided by "human-environment symbiosis," this design builds a layered, vegetation-water ecological base for citizens’ immersive green experiences. Linear slow-traffic paths follow the site’s natural layout, linking spaces with a relaxed vibe. Subtly embedded public nodes keep the site’s wild charm and foster a sense of belonging. Overall, it blends ecological functions with public experiences as a quality, welcoming urban green open space.

二、尊重记忆的焕新设计
机场遗存活化： “我们对原机场跑道、停机坪进行了创造性保留和转化。例如，‘梦想大跑道’ 成为市民骑行、滑板、漫步的超级线性公园，是合肥独一无二的记忆地标。老航站楼等建筑被改造为文化艺术空间，让历史在当下继续诉说故事。”
Revitalization of Airport Heritage:
"We have creatively preserved and transformed the original airport runways and aprons. For instance, the 'Dream Grand Runway' has become a super linear park for citizens to cycle, skateboard, and stroll—Hefei’s unique memory landmark. The old terminal buildings and other structures have been converted into cultural and artistic spaces, allowing history to continue telling its stories in the present."

三、以人为本的无界体验
全龄友好与无障碍： “公园内构建了完全独立、连续的慢行系统，实现人车分流。儿童乐园、极限运动场、静享花园等满足从孩童到长者的全年龄段需求。”
场景化营造： “我们设计了诸如‘星空露营地’、‘水上森林栈道’、‘阳光大草坪’等数十个特色场景，鼓励探索、社交与自发活动，让公园每一天都有新的故事发生。”
All-Age Friendly & Barrier-Free Design:
"We’ve built a fully independent and continuous non-motorized transport system, separating pedestrians from vehicles. Children’s playgrounds, extreme sports fields, and quiet gardens cater to all age groups—from kids to seniors."
Scenario-Based Creation:"We’ve designed dozens of distinctive scenarios, such as 'Starry Sky Camping Ground', 'Aquatic Forest Plank Road', and 'Sunny Lawn'. These spaces encourage exploration, social interaction, and spontaneous activities, allowing new stories to unfold in the park every day."
