易莫兰迪设计：医院疗愈不止诊室病房，景观亦是温柔力量。宁波中西医结合医院景观作为 “第二处方”，它不追求视觉的喧哗，以中西医理念和 “诊断 - 开方 - 验证” 逻辑，打造沉浸式疗愈空间，滋养身心、联结社区。
EMLD DESIGN:Healing is not just in clinics and wards—landscape is a gentle healer. The hospital's "second prescription" landscape uses integrated TCM-Western medicine logic to create immersive healing spaces, nurturing body, mind and community bonds.
区位分析
Location Analysis
地理位置：本案地理位置优越，位于宁波东部新城，东部新城位于宁波中心城三江片东部，城市整体构架的几何中心，定位为新的城市中心，与三江口老城中心形成“一城二心”的城市格局。
兴建后的“宁波”字头医院，将填补一项空白，完善东部新城的配套设施，便利当地群众的就医需求。
Location: Location: The project sits in Ningbo Eastern New Town — east of Sanjiang Area, city’s geometric center, new urban center, forming "one city with two centers" with Sanjiangkou old town. The Ningbo-named hospital in Qiu’ai (eastern new town) fills the gap, optimizes facilities and eases medical access.

设计思考：医院是为“脆弱状态下的人”而设计——不仅是患者，也包括身心俱疲的医护、焦虑的家属，他们构成了一个需要被安静支持的系统。在此前提下，医院景观应提供三种核心功能：清晰的分流与引导；有效的压力缓解；以及积极的康复支持。
EMLD DESIGN: Clear diversion & guidance for orderly pedestrian flow; natural elements relieve stress for momentary respite; proactive rehabilitation support ensures safe activity environment for the disabled.
核心理念的“诊断”——调和两种医学哲学

易莫兰迪设计：任何优秀设计的起点，都是一次深刻的“自我认知”。本项目的“自我”，即中西医结合这一独特的医学哲学。设计面临的核心挑战是：如何调和二者看似不同的语言体系？
EMLD DESIGN: Great design starts with profound self-awareness. For this project, it is the unique philosophy of integrated TCM & Western medicine. The core challenge: reconciling their seemingly different systems of thought.
中医智慧（系统观与平衡）
Traditional Chinese Medicine Wisdom
中医智慧（系统观与平衡）：强调整体辨证、阴阳平衡、天人相应。在景观语境中，它指向循环的路径，如人体经络、平衡的空间关系，开合、动静、以及与四时相应的生命节律，植物季相。
Traditional Chinese Medicine Wisdom： It stresses holistic diagnosis, yin-yang balance and man-nature harmony. In landscape design, this refers to circular paths (like meridians), balanced spaces, openness & enclosure, motion & stillness, seasonal life rhythms and plant seasonal changes.
西医精神（结构与干预）
Western medicine psychiatry
易莫兰迪设计：景观作为功能明确的“空间模块”（康复花园、冥想角、社交区），基于循证设计提供精准的环境干预。
EMLD DESIGN: Landscape acts as clear functional modules (recovery garden, meditation corner, social zone), providing precise environmental interventions via evidence-based design.
空间策略的“开方”——针对多维需求的精准回应
Spatial Strategy Prescription: Precise Response to Multi-dimensional Needs
设计策略：
1.现代医疗景观(功能)＋中式园林（空间意境）
2.一核：指医院整体的疗愈理念与空间序列主轴。
五境：门诊广场（城市门户）、疗愈花园（身心修复）、药理康养园（文化感知）、希望花园区（精神寄托）、办公花园（职业支持）。
共生：强调各分区并非孤立，而是在循环、渗透与平衡中共同构成一个完整的疗愈生态系统。

地面景观花园\Groundscape Garden
问题分析：
1.机动车停车区域与车行道分界不清，非机动车紧靠地下车库入口，需要调整。
2.建议在门诊口（红色区域）预留救护车临时停靠区域并注意与其他车道的区分。
3.为更好管控建议增设岗亭及门口等候区。
Problem Analysis：
1.Unclear boundary between motor vehicle parking & lanes; non-motor vehicles adjacent to underground garage entrance – need adjustment.
2.Reserve temporary ambulance bay at outpatient entrance (red zone), and separate from other lanes clearly.
3.Add security booth and entrance waiting area for better management.
设计呈现：设计契合门诊区景观规范：以流畅动线搭配无障碍铺装，适配门诊人流集散、保障通行便捷；用舒展乔木与错落灌草营造疗愈绿境，呼应中西医疗愈内核；景观与门诊建筑柔化衔接，弱化硬质观感的同时预留候诊休憩节点，既满足医疗空间功能要求，也实现了人文关怀与自然疗愈的统一。
EMLD DESIGN: Outpatient landscape in compliance: smooth flow & barrier-free paving for easy circulation; mixed trees and shrubs form healing green space, fitting integrated TCM-Western medicine concept; soft connection to buildings, less rigidity, waiting rest spots, balancing function, humanity and natural healing.
希望花园\Garden of Hope
设计呈现：贴合建筑弧形形态规划曲线动线，以乔木、花灌搭配山石造景，营造舒展自然的入口过渡空间；既通过层次植被柔化建筑界面、引导人流有序通行，又以清新绿意传递疗愈感，呼应 “希望” 主题，成为就医人群进入院区的温馨开篇。
Design Presentation: Curved circulation matches the building's arc; trees, shrubs and rocks form an open entrance transition. Vegetation softens the facade and guides flow, greenery brings healing sense, echoes "Hope" theme, and makes a warm hospital start.
转角景观\Corner Landscape
易莫兰迪设计：以曲线步道串联空间，错落乔灌、圆润绿篱搭配自然山石，层次植被柔化环境边界，既引导人流有序通行，又以舒展清新的绿意营造疗愈氛围，呼应医院 “第二处方” 的疗愈内核，成为院区里传递舒缓与温馨的自然节点。
文化长廊\Corridor Culture
易莫兰迪设计：木质廊架为核心载体，周边搭配季相分明的花境，辅以彩叶树、竹类等乔灌围合，形成半开放的舒适场域。廊架内设休憩座椅与展示，既满足候诊、康复人群的休憩需求，也融入了医院中西医结合的核心理念。
EMLD DESIGN: Wooden pergola as the core, surrounded by seasonal flower borders and enclosed by colored-leaf trees & bamboos, forms a cozy semi-open space. Inside are resting seats and displays: they meet the rest needs of waiting/rehabilitating people, while embodying the hospital’s core concept of integrated TCM-Western medicine.
