马径6号院——在宁波江北的马径村，曾是一所破旧的小学。斑驳的墙壁、空寂的教室，它曾承载过朗朗书声，却也难免在岁月中渐渐沉寂。
“直到我们遇见了它...
作为一群景观设计师，我们看到的不是残破与荒废，而是一块璞玉，一片潜藏着无限可能的精神原乡。我们决定将事业扎进这片充满故事的土地里。这不是一次简单的搬迁，而是一场回归本源的寻觅
——为设计，寻一个自然纯粹的故乡。

序章-小学堂蜕变的建筑叙事

既然不同于传统闹市区写字楼，在这里办公空间如何跳出格式化桎梏，以景观设计的核心调性为核心，使建筑形态贴合自然韵律，空间布局传递松弛感，又让办公环境成为 “美丽，舒适，松弛” 的直观呈现，是这个改造项目的思考重点。
带着设计思考，设计师给出了这样的答案
“七庭一岸，共享与连接”
"SEVEN COURTS, ONE SHORE, SHARING AND CONNECTING"
通过“启庭，全庭，雅庭，茗庭，勤庭，食庭，隙庭”七种差异化的功能庭院，与场景与体验；与作为整个项目的共享核心与情感纽带的“一岸”。融入“连接”的手法，实现“共享”的价值，最终营造一个有机的生命共同体。每个院落都能形成对景。
“"Qiting, Quanting, Yating, Mingtin, Qinting, Shiting, Xiting"—through seven distinct functional courtyards, they connect with various scenes and experiences; and with 'Yian' serving as the shared core and emotional bond of the entire project. By using the method of 'connection,' the value of 'sharing' is realized, ultimately creating an organic living community.."
采用 “建筑 - 连廊 - 庭院”的复合空间序列 ，以连廊作为水平交通枢纽与景观媒介，串联起各建筑单体，形成“动- 静” 交织的空间网络。连廊的转折式布局打破线性交通的单调感，使行走过程中因视角变化产生“步移景异”的动态景观体验.
A composite spatial sequence of "building - corridor - courtyard" is adopted. Corridors, serving as horizontal transportation hubs and landscape media, connect individual buildings to form a spatial network with interwoven dynamic and static spaces. Their zigzag layout breaks the monotony of linear circulation, creating a dynamic landscape experience of "scenery changing with each step" during walking.
以 “质朴质感 + 功能复合”为核心设计逻辑，通过材质、结构、光影的协同设计，适配创意研讨、小型决策等多元办公场景。
The conference room is located on the second floor of the front courtyard. Through the coordinated design of materials, structure, and lighting, it follows the core design logic of 'simple texture, multifunctional,' making it suitable for a variety of office scenarios such as creative discussions and small-scale decision-making.
于是，项目就这样呈现了

“校门”到“院门”，入口解构
New Life · A Container That Breaks Boundaries
Entrance|启庭
传统的公司大门，总明确地划分“内与外”、“公共与私有”，它往往是一道清晰的、甚至是带有戒备感的界限。而我们的设计，意图从你抵达的第一刻起，就打破这种二元对立的刻板印象，营造一个开放、流动、充满邀请感的过渡空间。感受，创意的充满张力的、有厚度的“场域”。
“The traditional company entrance clearly distinguishes between 'inside and outside' and 'public and private,' often serving as a clear and even guarded boundary. Our design, however, aims to break this binary stereotype from the moment you arrive, creating a transitional space that is open, fluid, and inviting. It allows you to experience a creatively charged and immersive 'field' full of tension and substance."

通过转折式廊道构建核心过渡序列，廊道承接凹入式入口的领域感，非对称转折打破穿行的直白感。
The entrance creates a core transition sequence through a turning corridor. The corridor inherits the sense of domain from the recessed entrance, with asymmetric turns breaking the monotony of straight passage.

共生-“开放自然”的主场

“Everyone's favorite courtyard”
Overall layout | 总体布局
整体坐北朝南，面阔三间，采用“院落式内向型布局”，以建筑、水体、植物围合出私密宁静的空间，体现传统庭院 “藏境于内” 的空间哲学。建筑的传统坡屋顶与景观形成“建筑 — 景观一体化”关系，建筑成为景观的 “硬质景观要素”，景观则是建筑的 “户外延伸空间”，实现功能与美学的共生。
acing south (north-south oriented) with three bays, it adopts a courtyard-style introverted layout. Buildings, water and plants enclose a private space, embodying the "scenery-hidden-within" traditional courtyard philosophy. The traditional sloping roofs enable architecture-landscape integration—buildings act as hard landscape elements, and the landscape serves as their outdoor extended space, achieving functional and aesthetic symbiosis.
