The light of science and technology, transformation

缘起
Origin
宁波高新区大东江软件谷项目作为高新区重大集中开工项目之一,主要打造以软件产业为核心，上下游产业链汇集的数字科技综合体，力争成为具有标识性的宁波数字经济新名片。
As one of the major concentrated projects started in Ningbo Hi-tech Zone, the Dadongjiang Software Valley project mainly aims to create a digital technology complex with software industry as the core and upstream and downstream industrial chains, striving to become a new iconic business card for Ningbo's digital economy.

大东江两岸（甬江大道-江南路）滨河地块主要服务于周边办公区，商业区，住宅区等。同时作为未来大东江软件谷片区的公共滨水与商业休闲空间。
The riverside plots on both sides of the Dadong River (Yongjiang Avenue-Jiangnan Road) mainly serve the surrounding office areas, commercial areas, residential areas, etc. Also will serve as a public waterfront and commercial leisure space for the future Dadongjiang Software Valley area.

大东江软件谷滨河景观设计也融入了很多策略性的思考：与现有地块建筑的无界化处理，和建筑围合的视线通廊设计，对场地高差的合理消化，整体偏窄的项目场地的重塑（场地最窄处20m）等。同时，这些思考也呈现再了我们设计手法上的再创新，如延续建筑设计语言，作为景观元素与线条；设计楔形视线通廊打开景观空间，使用垂直驳岸和双线并行的步道设计处理高差问题的等。
The riverside landscape design of Dadongjiang Software Valley also incorporates many of our strategic thinking: the borderless treatment with the existing plot buildings, the design of the sight corridor surrounded by the buildings, the reasonable digestion of the site height difference, the reshaping of the overall narrow project site (the narrowest part of the site is 20m), etc. At the same time, these thinking also presents the innovation of our design techniques, such as continuing the architectural design language as landscape elements and lines; designing wedge-shaped sight corridors to open up the landscape space, using vertical revetments and double-line parallel trails to deal with the height difference problem, etc.

科技领航 光之蝶变
Technology leads the way
该滨水空间不仅仅是一个供人们休闲娱乐的场所，更是象征着科技和文化的融合，以“科技之光”为主题，打造一个集生态、活力与人文关怀于一体的滨水生活带。
This waterfront space is not only a place for people to relax and have fun, but also a symbol of the integration of technology and culture. With the theme of "Light of Technology", it creates a waterfront living zone that integrates ecology, vitality and humanistic care.
设计以“科技蓝”和“生态绿”为主色调，结合“光蝶”的形态与动态感，形成场地的主要设计语言，同时通过流线型与折线型设计，丰富空间的视觉层次与功能表达。展现从创新到蜕变再到辐射发展的完整过程。
The design uses "technological blue" and "ecological green" as the main colors, combined with the form and dynamic sense of "light butterfly", to form the main design language of the venue. At the same time, through streamlined and folded line design, the visual level and functional expression of the space are enriched, showing the complete process from innovation to transformation and then to radiation development.

以“蝶变”为隐喻，展现区域从科技创新到生态共生的蜕变过程，描绘对未来发展的美好展望。整体设计通过蝴蝶的形态和动态意象，将场景塑造与区域特色紧密结合，融入科技与自然的双重表达，形成具有象征意义的滨河景观空间。

Design TGreen Lan Shan'anheme
绿澜杉岸以自然生态为核心设计理念，通过种植绿化带让滨水空间形成绿意盎然的视觉景观。
Takes natural ecology as its core design concept and creates a green visual landscape for the waterfront space by planting green belts.
通过生态湿地、缓坡草地和亲水平台的结合，绿澜杉岸为市民提供了一个远离城市喧嚣、亲近自然的场所，展现人与自然和谐共生的景观意境。
Through the combination of ecological wetlands, gentle slopes and water-friendly platforms, Greenland provides citizens with a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city and close to nature, showing the landscape concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

商业空间
BuCommercial Space
结合互动水景与休闲功能，与科技感的灯光装置相结合打造一个兼具趣味性与社交属性的活力空间。
Combines interactive water features and leisure functions with high-tech lighting installations to create a vibrant space that is both interesting and social.
对岸夜景
吧台区作为配套设施，提供了轻松的社交空间，与水景互动形成趣味对比，成为市民休憩、交流、娱乐的城市客厅，体现科技与生活的亲密联系。
As a supporting facility, the bar area provides a relaxing social space, which forms an interesting contrast with the interaction with the waterscape, becoming an urban living room for citizens to rest, communicate and entertain, reflecting the close connection between technology and life.

观景挑台
Landscape Terrace
通过开放与静谧的空间布局，营造出一个结合自然景观与都市休闲的浪漫场所。咖啡吧台临水而建，利用亲水平台与室外座椅的设计，将人流引向水边，拉近人与水的距离。
Through the open and quiet space layout, a romantic place combining natural landscape and urban leisure is created. The coffee bar is built by the water, and the design of the hydrophilic platform and outdoor seats is used to guide people to the waterside, bringing people closer to the water.

在设计中融入流线型的建筑与灯光元素，呼应“科技之光”的主题，为市民提供一个轻松、优雅的滨水生活场景，展现生态与生活的融合之美。
Streamlined architectural and lighting elements are incorporated into the design, echoing the theme of "Light of Science and Technology", providing citizens with a relaxed and elegant waterfront living scene, and showcasing the beauty of the integration of ecology and life.

蝶舞流光
Butterfly Dance Flowing Light
通过光影装置与动态景观的结合，展现科技与艺术的交融。利用互动灯光装置模拟蝴蝶飞舞的轨迹，使空间在白天与夜晚都充满科技感与未来感。
The combination of light and shadow installations and dynamic landscapes demonstrates the integration of technology and art. Interactive lighting installations are used to simulate the trajectory of flying butterflies, making the space full of a sense of technology and the future both during the day and at night.
为场地增加了视觉亮点和互动体验，使其成为整个滨河景观的核心艺术节点。
It adds visual highlights and interactive experience to the venue, making it the core art node of the entire riverside landscape.

星光挑台
Waterfront dining bar
星光挑台设计结合滨水的地形高差，打造一个向外延伸的观景平台，为市民提供俯瞰河岸与远眺城市景观的制高点。
The starlight terrace design combines the topographic height difference of the waterfront to create an outward-extending viewing platform, providing citizens with a commanding height overlooking the river bank and the city landscape.
挑台的设计采用轻盈的结构与点状灯光装饰，夜晚灯光犹如点点星光洒落水面，形成浪漫而静谧的景象。
The design of the canopy adopts a light structure and dotted lighting decoration. At night, the lights are like dots of starlight falling on the water, forming a romantic and quiet scene.
08
草阶剧场
Grass Stage Theater
结合自然缓坡与文化功能，设计成一个开放式的户外剧场，构建市民共享的文化活动空间。草阶的层叠设计既可作为观演座席，也能供市民日常休憩、聚会使用，使场地兼具功能性与景观性。
Combining the natural gentle slope with cultural functions, it is designed as an open outdoor theater to build a cultural activity space shared by citizens. The layered design of the grass steps can be used as seats for performances, as well as for daily rest and gatherings for citizens, making the venue both functional and scenic.
草阶剧场展示了区域的包容性与多元文化氛围，展现科技与人文的共生关系。
Show the region’s inclusiveness and multicultural atmosphere, and demonstrates the symbiotic relationship between technology and humanities.

霓虹彩桥
Neon Colored Bridge
以彩虹的折射为灵感命名，由于江面的特殊性在建造时不允许落柱，需要采用一跨过江的结构。
The name is inspired by the refraction of the rainbow. Due to the special characteristics of the river surface, columns are not allowed to be dropped during construction, and a structure that spans the river is required.
彩桥夜景
方案主要特点：
大跨径：主跨≥80m，人行舒适度控制桥梁结构设计；
短边跨：两端紧邻建筑，边跨不宜过长；
上承式：桥面以上无受力结构，斜拉桥、悬索桥、桁架等结构不适用；
异形桥：不对称异形弯桥，受力复杂。
Large span: main span ≥80m, pedestrian comfort controls the bridge structure design;
Short side span: both ends are adjacent to the building, and the side span should not be too long;
Top-bearing type: There is no force-bearing structure above the bridge deck, and structures such as cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges, and trusses are not suitable;
Special-shaped bridge: Asymmetrical special-shaped curved bridge with complex stress.
